Meg Marker

President, Social Media & Website

Meg was initiated at Simpson College in 2003 as a member of the Omicron Deuteron chapter. She loves all of the amazing friendships that started with Kappa and turned into lifelong friendships. She really enjoys helping out the local chapters during recruitment and initiation, and of course, she loves attending all of the Alumnae Association events. Meg resides in West Des Moines with Craig (husband), Kallie (stepdaughter), Rufus (dog) Bailey (cat) and Sushi (cat)

Barb Cheatle

VP

Barb moved to Ames with her husband and dog in 2019 and has become an active member of the alumnae association board. She was a 1999 initiate of the Beta Delta chapter at Michigan.

Courtney Munch

Secretary & Simpson Connection

Courtney was a 1999 initiate at Zeta Gamma and lives in Pella with her husband and kids.

Jennifer Kelly

Treasurer

Jennifer Kelly was a 1988 initiate of Gamma Theta at Drake University. Her husband, Patrick, is also a Drake grad, along with their son, Mark. Her daughter, Kate, is currently a Gamma Theta at Drake, and her youngest daughter, Mary, is still at home. Their dogs, Maggie and Mousse, help complete their family.

Nora Frigo

Nora Frigo was initiated into the 2012 Eta Iota chapter of Kappa at Creighton. Her family is from Chicago, and she had the privilege of initiating her younger sister when she became a Kappa as well! She is an occupational therapist, enjoys crafting and outdoor activities! "I enjoy connecting with fellow sisters from other chapters and different ages. It is a great way to meet new people in a new city. I also like to be re-connected to the values associated with being a Kappa!" -Nora

Liz Tesar

Liz was a 2003 initiate into Gamma Theta at Drake. She has served as the Gamma Theta President, as well as the previous Des Moines Alumnae Association President, and is looking forward to her new role as Membership Development Chairman. She lives in Norwalk with her husband, Tim, and her children, Theodore and Madeline.

Nicole Stevens

Nicole was in the 2004 initiation class of the Omicron Deuteron chapter at Simpson College. After living in Arizona and Minnesota after college, she moved back to Iowa and lives in Waukee with Jake (husband), Tinsley (daughter) Asher (son) and Charlie (dog.)
